It’s convenient, clean, the hot tub is great after working all day! The staff is so friendly and accommodating! I don’t eat breakfast but the infused water and coffee available anytime is wonderful! The parking is great! I honestly have nothing but good things to say! This was the second time that I have stayed there since May and I love it! I travel for work and frequently stay in hotels out of town! I would welcome this one anywhere!

Location was wonderful, far enough from town to be peaceful but close enough for a short drive to dining and shopping. Room/Bathroom was clean, stocked and comfortable!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and it was a quiet area, no noises. The staff were nice and very personable. We only stayed one day . We have family in that area. When we go back that way we will probably book again.We were there for a graduation.

It’s a tad outdated but kept well so it is still comfortable. The water pressure made for a nice shower. Breakfast was good and the staff is very helpful and nice.

The breakfast was delicious and I loved all the options, particularly the egg white veggie omelette and turkey sausage. I wish other hotels incorporated healthier options such as those. Very pleased with the bed and the pillows too.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating despite the fact they were working short. Over the past 14 months I've stayed in 5/6 different hotels between Erwin, Jonesborough, and Johnson City for business. I wish this would've been my 1st place I picked. If I ever have 2 come back out there I won't stay anywhere else. The mattresses were pretty comfortable for a hotel bed. And the breakfast had a decent selection.

We were in the area taking our son to Orientation at ETSU. We live in Indiana so it was a 6 and a half hour drive to Johnson City. The facility it's self was really nice and the staff was very polite and willing to help. The beds were comfy and were just what we needed to get a good nights rest before orientation the next day. The breakfast and coffee were really good. The Mexican Restaurant across the parking lot was really good, definitely suggest trying that as well. We had a really nice trip, thank you!
